UCLG Support Paper on local Finances

The UCLG Policy paper on local Finances is a summary of the finding principles and recommendations based on a broader technical paper (UCLG Support Paper on Local Finance), which is presented in this document. This work as well as the overall activity of the UCLG Committee on Local Finances aims at promoting financial autonomy of local governments and broadening access to finance for local public infrastructure, as well as sharing experiences and advising UCLG members on matters related to municipal finance and resource mobilization.
